GE D11 Retrofit

TurbinePROs field services was selected to perform a major inspection of the HP/IP, LP, generator and valves. 

TurbinePROs developed a D11 Technical Manual and Training Course specifically for this frame. Our field supervisors, project managers, as well as the plant's maintenance manager and turbine engineer, attended a 50-hour course. Through our extensive research, we were able to identify repairs and possible issues.

Tops on/tops-off major steam path alignment criteria was developed.

Coordination of the parts and repair were developed with the customer in order to maintain schedule.
