TurbinePROs skilled craft labor is backed by a network of professional millwrights and other trades who participate in the most up-to-date procedures for installation, repairs, and overhauls, as well as safety measures and tools.
Training history and on-the-job-training hours are tracked by apprentices to complete the apprenticeship. Journeypeople also participate in leadership and skill enhancement training.
Our field supervisors and keys have extensive experience and expertise in the units they service. To help share that invaluable knowledge, they mentor incoming and younger tradespeople so that knowledge and expertise is shared.
Hands-on training in state-of-the-art facilities or on the job prepare mechanics and construction professionals for all types of projects in industries as diverse as energy, automotive, aerospace, oil and gas, food and beverage processing, pharmaceuticals and more.
