Prior to Pre-Outage
- review detailed scope of work
- verify outage dates
- review detailed schedule
- coordinate outage team
- work with qualified vendors and specialty repair facilities, if needed
- finalize site-specific quality, safety and fme
- owner’s rep
Pre-Outage
- meet with site outage managers
- coordinate support team, ensure readiness
- meet with subcontractors
- confirm vendor pos are issued
- develop quality plan
- ensure quality plans, data sheets, hold points, & fme plans are outage ready and distributed
- safety mgr ensure site-specific safety plan is developed & ready to implement
- verify site team understands safety, quality, scope, & schedule
- complete site-specific orientation, background checks, & safety training
- mobilize outage team and equipment
- training: work packages
Outage
- conduct daily internal reviews with site team
- review, update, and distribute schedule
- ensure project is progressing as planned
- schedule, perform, and review safety and quality audits
- maintain goal of zero safety incidents
- audit work packages daily
Post-Outage
- finalize vendor job reports
- submit final job report
- schedule lessons-learned post-outage meeting
