Cavitation Repair Installation

TurbinePROs Hydro Field & Specialty Services team removed, disassembled, performed cavitation repair on blades, installed anti-cavitation lifts, and reassembled Kaplan runner, inner head cover, and shaft.

TurbinePROs took as-found measurements and disassembled unit, headcover, turbine shaft and runner assembly into individual components.

TurbinePROs then field experts then moved the runner assembly to the top deck for runner blade refurbishment and
installed anti-cavitation lips on the runner blades. Lastly, TurbinePROs reassembled the headcover, turbine shaft, and runner assembly reassembling the unit.
